We may be in two different locations, but that doesn’t get in the way of us creating a reprieve from the daily chaos. I enjoy incorporating levity into our sessions and I believe being able to laugh is some of the best medicine. By gently pushing and challenging you, we can accomplish your goals, however, this is always done in a compassionate manner. My goal is to see the progress you are making even when you can’t and be your biggest cheerleader along the way.

Telehealth was made popular during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, it has turned out to be a valuable resource for mental healthcare. As long as you have a good internet connection, you can be anywhere in the state of Utah during our sessions. I find that this is particularly helpful when treating anxiety because anxiety symptoms tend to arise when there are concerns around safety. While you are in your home or other safe space, you are most likely to feel comfortable and willing to engage in therapy.
